FULTON, Ill. — Faron L. Bailey, 36, of Fulton, died Thursday January 29, 2009. Faron was born on November 3, 1972, in Morrison, the son of Steve and Bonnie (Wiersema) Bailey. He married Roxanne Bley on May 18, 1996, in Morrison. He had worked at Drives in Fulton for 8 years. Faron enjoyed hunting, boating and fishing. Surviving is his wife, Roxanne; daughter, Megan, and son, Nathan, both at home; his parents, Steve and Bonnie Bailey of Fulton; his sisters, Stephanie Bailey Farr of Fulton and Angela Bailey of DeWitt, IA; his brother, Joshua (Amy) Bailey of Indianapolis, IN; 10 nieces and nephews; his maternal grandfather, Howard (Anna) Wiersema of Thomson. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Clayton and Wanda Bailey; his maternal grandmother, Grace Wiersema. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009, at 11 a.m. in the McDonald Funeral Home, 1601 16th Avenue, Fulton, with the Reverend Wendall Davelaar officiating. Burial will be at the Fulton Twp. Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 1-4 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory for his children would be appreciated.
