The Clinton Herald Thursday June 29, 1972 p. 14 Mass of the resurrection for MIss Hilda Marcucci, 62, who died Tuesday in the Alverno, will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Mary's Church. A prayer service at the Dalton Funeral Home will precede the mass at 9:30 a.m. and burial will be in the church cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Burns, James Bright, Vincent Rederer, James Marcucci, Charles Marcucci and Peter Pendola. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and the parish rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Hilda, daughter of Gilbert and Mary Ann Pieruccini Marcucci, was born Sept. 30, 1909 in Clinton. She was a graduate of St. Mary's High School, St. Theresa College in Winona, Minn., and received a master's degree from the University of Illinois. She was a school teacher in the Dixon, Ill., school system for 35 years and had resided in Oregon, Ill. Survivors include two brothers, Charles of Clinton and Emil of Maquoketa. She was preceded in death by three sisters.
