The Clinton Herald Saturday July 12, 1986 p. 12 Mass of the Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday in St. Mary's Catholic Church for Charles G. Marcucci, 80, formerly of Clinton, who died Wednesday in Clearwater, Fla. The Rev. James Vrba will officiate. A Knights of Columbus 4th Degree Chalic Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Schmitz Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be Howard Parker, Orville Burger, James Pitts, Arthur Mowat and Leo Salutz. Mr. Marcucci was born July 17, 1905, at Clinton, to Gilbert and Marianna Perucini Marcucci. He married Anna Lotts, June 9, 1930, at Clinton. He was owner and operator of Marcucci Family Restaurant in Clinton for many years and later worked in the Clinton County Accesor's Office. Mr. Marcucci moved to Florida in 1983. He was an honorary life-member of the 3rd and 4th Degree Knights of Columbus; a member of St. Edward's Council No. 707, Knights of Columbus, Clinton; a member of Loras General Assembly 4th Degree, Davenport; past-president of St. Mary's Cemetery Association; and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. James (Marianna) Hassett of Clear Water, Fla., Mrs. Robert (Catherine) Ansane of Oswego, Ill., and Mrs. Ralph (Ann) VanVickle of Minneapolis, Minn.; a son Charles, of Naperville, Ill.; 25 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and a brother, Emil, of Maquoketa.
