CLINTON: GEORGE LINDMEIER (Mon, May 14, 1962) George (Joe) Lindmeier 83, of West Main Ave. Road. Died at 10:25p.m. Sunday in Mercy Hospital. Friends may call at the Pape Funeral home after 4 P.M. Tuesday. Services will be at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Harold Putney officiating. Burial will be in Dierks cemetery. He was born Nov 1, 1878 in Hampshire Township. the son of John and Margaret Greve Lindmeier. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Emma Wright of Clinton: one brother, Henry of Clinton and three nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. three brothers and two sisters. (Clinton, Iowa Herald Page 10)
