Otto Lindmeier 65, died at 10:10 o'clock. Thursday evening in his home on West Main Ave road. Following an illness of two years duration. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the pastor of Zion Lutheran Church. will officiate. Burial will be in Dierks Cemetery. Mr. Lindmeier was born March 18, 1871, in Clinton county, the son of Margaret and John Lindmeier. He had lived all his life in this vicinity. His parents. Two brothers and one sister preceded him in death. Surviving are three brothers and three sisters, Miss Anna Lindmeier, William Lindmeier an George Lindmeier, at home, Henry Lindmeier of this city and Mrs. Emma L. Hansen and Mrs. John Harrison of El Cajon. Calif.

Oct 30, Clinton, Iowa Herald 1936 p.5 Otto Lindmeier: Funeral services for Otto Lindmeier who died Thursday evening in his home on West Main Ave. were held at 2 O'clock Sunday afternoon in the home. The Rev. George W. Krueger, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church. officiated. Burial was in Dierks Cemetery. Pallbearers were Emil-Hansen, George Creveling, Henry Clausen, Henry Roeh, Otto Shultz and Wlliam Jensen. Mrs. John Harrison of El Cajon Calif. Dr. Edwin Lindmeier and family. Mrs. Elizabeth Lindmeier and Walter Matthlesen. all of Chicago. Mrs. Walter Nutter, of Thedford, Neb. Fred Lindmeier Bellevue. and Mrs. Harry Geiger and daughter Erma of Morrison, IL. were here at to attend the services.
