MAQUOKETA — Edwin H. Westphal, 96, of Maquoketa, died Monday at the Jackson County Regional Health Center in Maquoketa. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church in Maquoketa with the Rev. Gerald Gjerde officiating. Visitation will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Burial will be in the Wyoming, Iowa, Cemetery. Carson and Sons Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.Death date: Dec. 22, 2008
