Meder, Albertina (Gade) died 1877

The wife of Fred. Meder was instantly killed at Clayton, on Monday. She was seated in a wagon, ready to start for her home near by, and her husband was in the act of unhitching the team, when the horses for some reason unknown, began to back, resulting in overturning the wagon in a ditch, throwing Mrs. Meder in such a manner as to break her neck. The terrible accident casts a gloom over the neighborhood.

Buried in the Clayton cemetery. Mr. Meder's obituary names her as Albertina nee Gade.
