Margarette Alvina Thompson, infant daughter of Larry and Minnie Thompson, was born April 29th, 1904, and died June 25, 1904, aged 1 month and 26 days. She was a delicate child, yet without suffering and seemed to have lacked vitality and gradually failed until death claimed her and she passed to be with the Father above.

She leaves to mourn her departure, her loving parents, two brothers and two sisters, besides a large circle of relatives and friends who extend sympathy in the hour of bereavement.

The obsequies were attended from the home conducted by J. Emmerson Grinnell, pastor of the Congregational Chuch at Monona. The floral offerings were abundant. The music given by a select choir was beautifully rendered and suited the occasion. Four little girls dressed in white attended the remains as pall bearers.

A large procession of sympathyising [sic] friends and neighbors followed the hearse to the cemetery where the little form was consigned to Mother Earth. May the family and friends meet her in the beyond. J.E.G.
