DIED. In Farmersburgh tp., Clayton county, Iowa, on Friday night, Feb. 19th, 1864, Wm. Campbell, aged 38 years, 4 months and 12 days.

The deceased has been a citizen of Clayton county many years; he died after a brief illness, of lung fever. A kind man at heart; let Friendship remember his virtues, and Charity cover his errors from recollection.

Note: Burial is in the National cemetery with his wife Florinda (Buck) Campbell
