Mrs. John Tresch, 78, died Wednesday, November 15.
Services will be at 9 o'clock at McTaggart Funeral Home and at 9:30 o'clock at St. Joseph's church with Monsignor B. H. Skahill officiating.
Burial will be at St. Joseph's cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. John Tresch, 78, were held at 9 o'clock Saturday morning, Nov. 18, 1950, at the McTaggart Funeral Home in Elkader and at St. Joseph's church at 9:30 o'clock. The Rt. Rev. Monsignor B. H. Skahill officiated. Burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery.
Mrs. Tresch was born at Elkader, March 10, 1872 and had lived here all her life.
She was united in marriage to John Tresch at St. Joseph's church in Elkader, May 06, 1919, by the late Monsignor James P. Taken. She was a member of St. Joseph's church.
She is survived by her husband and one niece, Mrs. Margarite Mootz of Bellevue.
Pallbearers were: Ed Burlingame Sr., Charles Meyer, Edward Steffen, Sylvester Thillen, Nick Miller, Arthur Donlon.
People from a distance who attended the funeral were: Mr. and Mrs. Ben Mootz and family, Bellevue; Mrs. John Wagner, Luxemburg; Wm. Tackoff, Dyersville; Mrs. Lena Ross, Dubuque; and Charles Wagner, Dyersville.
