Skibbe, Charles 1884 - 1945

Clayton County Register, 03 May 1945.

Charles Skibbe, 60, died at Salt Lake City, Utah, Monday. He was the son of Gustav and Minnie Imlau Skibbe, born at Strawberry Point, Aug. 06, 1884. At the age of 13 he went to Minneapolis to learn to be a furrier. He had been in Salt Lake City the past three and one-half years.

Survivors are a sister and three brothers: Mrs. J. W. Swisher and Otto Skibbe of Strawberry Point, Henry of Long Beach, Calif., and Frank of Minneapolis.

Funeral services and burial were here Saturday.
