Ms. Sadie Richards, 76, died Saturday at the home of her son, Harry Hammond, five miles south of Volga City after a lingering illness. Her funeral was held Tuesday at her hometown, Edgewood. Her daughter, Mrs. Will Squires, west of town, also survives.
