Possehl - Beck marriage - 1953

Miss Kathryn Beck and Raymond Possehl were married at the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church Sunday, March 01, 1953. The Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Knoke of Elkader, and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Possehl of Elkader. Miss Carolyn Kollman of Chicago was bridesmaid, and Dick Munson of Belle Plain served as best man. Ushers were Dennis Beck and Bruce Possehl, brothers of the couple.

Mrs. Possehl is a graduate of the Elkader high school and since has been employed in Cedar Rapids. Her husband also attended Elkader high school and is now employed with the Collins Radio company in Cedar Rapids.

Following a brief wedding trip the new couple will be at home at Oakland road, Cedar Rapids, where the groom purchased a home several months ago.
