Miss Judith Blazek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Blazek of Farmersburg, and Clifford Kuhse, son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Kuhse of Postville, exchanged vows at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 05, in the St. John's Lutheran church at Farmersburg. The Rev. R. H. Steege officiated. Miss Fay Schierholz of Monona, and Miss Shirley Nelson of Farmersburg, friends of the bride, were maid of honor and bridesmaid respectively. Dale Kuhse of Postville was his brother's best man and Gary Haltmeyer of Postville, cousin of the bride was groomsman. Guests were seated by Oran Benzing of Decorah and Roger Kuhse of Postville.
A reception was held in the church parlors at which Mrs. Roger Kuhse presided at the guest book. Gift bearers were Mark Haltmeyer and Don Kuhse.
After a wedding trip through the southern states the new couple will be at home in Postville.
The bride was graduated from Monona-Farmersburg high school and Dubuque Bayless Business college, and has been employed at the Postville Herald office. Mr. Kuhse, a graduate of Postville high school, is currently employed at the feed mill at Postville.
