Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Meyer of this place announce the marriage of their youngest daughter, June, to Don C. Wolf, of Monona, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. M. Wolf of Elkader. The wedding took place August 28 in the Evangelical church, the Rev. Paul Kitterer officiated. Mrs. Ray Reugnitz of Elkport, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Milton Wolf served his brother as best man. Carol Meyer assisted the soloist singer at the organ.
Mrs. Wolf graduated in 1935 from the Elkader High School and later from the Bayless Business College in Dubuque. For the past several years she has been employed by the Internal Revenue Department in Des Moines. Mr. Wolf is a graduate of the Elkader High School and Junior College. After working several years in the Court House as Deputy Treasurer he moved to Monona where he purchased the Plaza Theatre.
After a week spent at the Wisconsin Dells, the new couple will be at home in Monona.
