Eden - Dittmer marriage - 1948

Nuptial vows uniting Miss Mary Dittmer and Donald Eden were spoken Sunday, Sept. 12, in Emanuel Lutheran church, Strawberry Point. Mrs. Eden is the daughter of Arthur Dittmer, Strawberry Point, and Mr. Eden is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Eden, Arlington. Ned Dittmer, brother of the bride, was best Man, and an usher was Norbert Dittmer of Arlington.

Miss Dittmer, who attended Coe college, was employed recently by the Iowa Steel and Iron works.

After a short wedding trip the new couple will make their home on a farm near Arlington.
