Stewart - Moyna marriage - 1948

June 07, at St. Joseph church, Miss Evelyn Moyna, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Moyna, became the bride of James B. Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. B. Stewart. The Rev. B. H. Skahill officiated. Jack and Jerry Moyna, nephews of the bride, served as alter boys. while her niece, Patsy Moyna, was one of the choir.

The bride is a graduate of St. Joseph high school, Elkader, and has since been employed as an operator at the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company Her husband is a graduate of the Elkader high school and Junior college. He is a veteran of World War II, and is also an employee of the Northwestern Bell Telephone Company.

After a wedding trip the new couple will be at home in the Burling apartment recently vacated by Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Cheeley.
