Monks - Witt marriage - 1950

Miss Elizabeth A. Witt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Witt, and William W. Monks, son of Mr. and Mrs. William W. Monks of DuBois, Pa., were married Jan 01 at the home of the parents of the bride. The Rev. Paul Kitterer, pastor of the Peace Evangelical and Reformed church, officiated. Mrs. John C. Costigan, sister of the bride, was matron of honor, while Don C. Witt, brother of the bride, served as best man.

The new couple left for Roswell, N.M., where the groom is stationed at the air base. Mrs. Monks will continue teaching in the Roswell schools.
