MARRIED - At Janesville, July 4th, by Rev. S.C. Burnham, Mr. James McKinnie, of McGregor, Iowa, to Miss Ellen H. Dorand, of Janesville.

The Janesville 'Gazette', from which we clip the above, has the following pop at our friend Jim:
"We sympathize with you, Jim, in the misfortune of missing the train that was to have borne you and the fair one to your new home on the same night - by which means you had to go through the old process of 'sitting up' one night more - but it's doubtless all right now."

We cordially welcome Mrs. M. back to the home where, years ago, she made so many friends. That Mac and his heart's treasure may pass years of happiness in our narrow city and finally be saved, is the prayer of very respectfully theirs, Editor TIMES
