Cummings - Nottnagel marriage - 1944

The marriage of Miss Darlene Nottnagel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fritz Nottnagel of Marquette and Hubert Cummings, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Cummings of Arlington took place Saturday at 4:30 p.m. Before the ceremony Miss Laura Learn sang "I Love You Truly." The Rev. C. R. Belknap performed the ceremony at his home. Mrs. Harold Learn of Elgin, the bridegroom's sister, attended the bride. Harold Learn of Elgin acted as best man.

The bride graduated in 1942 from Marquette high school. The past year she has been employed in Dubuque. The groom graduated from the Elgin high school in 1938 and is now engaged in farming. They will be at home on a farm near Arlington.
