Funeral services for Mrs. Harry (Augusta M.) Petersen, 91, were held at the Lacock Funeral Home, Durant, Feb. 12 with the Rev. Leland Eyres officiating. Burial was in the Durant cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Emil Reese, Fred Gruemmer, Lester Maxwell and Reynold Dahms.

Mrs. Petersen died at Bethesda Care center, Muscatine, Feb. 10.

The daughter of Gus and Mary Thede Gruemmer, she was born in Cedar county Sept. 11, 1896 and was married to Harry W. Petersen at Muscatine. He died Dec. 6, 1981. She was a homemaker and worked for a time as a dental assistant to Dr. Teasdale in Wilton.

She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, a brother and a sister.
