Funeral services for Mrs. Henry (Ruth I.) Weimann, 82, will be held at 11 a.m. today (April 6) at the Sheets and Son Funeral home with the Rev. Ronald Lashmit officiating. Burial will be in the Tipton Masonic cemetery. Pallbearers are Henry Lewis, Harvey Laucamp, Ron Stutzel, Donald Wagner, Richard Smith and John Lange.

Mrs. Weimann died at Cedar Manor April 4.

The daughter of John C. and Jenny R. Griffis Helble, she was born at Davenport Sept. 12, 1905. She was educated in the rural school of Jones county. She married Henry C. Weimann at Tipton Jan. 31, 1924.

A housewife, she lived in the Tipton area for 60 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Wilfred (Clella) Webb, Tipton; a son, Emerson (Wayne), Tipton; 3 grandchildren; 2 half-sisters, Mrs. Welby (Vivian) Dixon, Toledo and Mrs. Richard (Dorothy) Webb, Cedar Falls and 2 step-sisters, Zella Hennings and Ilda Gerber, Tipton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a brother, a half-sister, 2 half-brothers and a step-sister.
