Funeral services for Mrs. Olga Vivian Hite, 82, were held at Cedar Rapids May 12 with the Rev. Charles Mehaffey, Asbury Methodist church, Cedar Rapids, officiating. Burial was in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Hite died at Cedar Rapids following a long illness.

The daughter of John G. and Sadie Busier Gay, she was born at Tipton July 17, 1896 and was married to Earl Clayton Hite at Tipton Oct. 23, 1917. She was a long-time resident of the Cedar Rapids area.

Mrs. Hite is survived by a sister, Hazel Schneider, Cedar Rapids, 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1961.
