Monday night Mrs. F. L. Earl died at her home in Council Bluffs from consumption after a lingering illness. The deceased was the wife of F. L. Earl and besides her husband leaves nine children to mourn her death. Previous to her marriage she was Mary Meisner, and both before and after her marriage was a resident of this city, but with her family has more recently made her home in Council Bluffs. The remains were brought to this city this afternoon and were met at the depot by many relatives and friends in this vicinity. The funeral party went directly to Pleasant Valley cemetery, and after short services by Rev. Dudley, the remains were there interred.
