Birth Info for Grandfather

I just learned my grandfather was born in Allison Township, Butler County, IA on 24 Sep 1903 or 1904. His name was Kenneth Kosier Anderson, son of Edgar W. Anderson and Dollie A. Anderson (Karr).

Can someone supply me with any newspaper announcements or any other information?
