My grandmother:
Amerett Ethel (Winey) Schmitz was born in Milford, Iowa on June 27, 1893 -parents names are:

Father: Samuel A. Winey
Mother: Mattie E. Owens

I'm told my aunt has done alot of research on the Owens side.....please let me know if you would like to talk to her via email?

PS: I'm researching Schmitz (Dumont, Ia.) & the Pfaltzgraff's from Matteson, Illinois in case you run across any of those names.
