Hi,

I was just in contact with the library in Moulton asking about newspapers for my own research. Here is their response: "We have newpapers dating back to 1900 but I'm afraid there are some years missing. We don't have papers from 1904 to 1911 and from 1916 to 1920."

So I don't think that your event will be found in the Moulton paper.

I'm including a link to the Moulton library below in case they might be able to help with other sources.
