I have a copy of the 1986 History of Appanoose County which lists 126 rural schools that operated in Appanoose county. There is no Omega school listed, but there is a small chance it only operated for a few years and did not make the list.

I also did google searches on "Appanoose" and the added "Skunkwiler" (also "Skonkwiler"), then "Railsback" and then "Warner" and found a bunch of sites and/or message board entries for each of them. Be sure and go past the first page of results to see them all. I think you'll find a fair amount of information.
