Glen Dwayne Saxton was born Jan. 20, 1920 to John W. and Grace Leona Monson Saxton. He died Dec. 22, 1941 (at Sea) and is memorialized the Tablets of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Taguig City, Philippines.
Petty Officer Saxton served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and died when the plane he was on went down on a routine scouting patrol mission in the South Pacific. The plane was not found.
