 Raymond started school in 1921 and Milo started in 1922 at High Prairie. On Milo first day of school he rode the horse with Raymond. When arriving at school he refused to get off and set on the horse all day. Raymond would try and coax him off with no luck.  They lived 3 mi east of High Prairie.
High Prairie still stands today but across the road from original location.
