9:15 - 9:30   Words from the IAGenWeb Leadership Team - Conni McDaniel Hall stood in for our State Coordinator, Constance Diamond, and read a greeting from her, and Linda Ziemann, our Assistant State Coordinator, gave a report on "Friends."
9:30 - 10:00 am   Using Photos on Your Web Site - Presenter: Ralph Leonard
Ralph showed the process of putting photos on a page, recommended free image editing software, and gave free photo optimization software and demonstrated how to use it.
10:00 - 10:30 am   The Broken Links Nightmare - Presenter: Ralph Leonard
Nothing is worse than having a researcher send you an email telling you there are broken links on your site. Just as terrible, however, is reading the email for your site's peer review to find that your site has failed because of broken links. In this session, Ralph gave step-by-step instructions on the use of Xenu Link Sleuth to find broken links on your site, identify their type and location, and how to repair them.

noon - 12:45 pm   Lunch - More delicious food from Debbie Gerischer. The main facility of the Learning Center was open during this time for people to enjoy.
12:45 - 1:30 pm   Keynote Presentation - Presenter: Sheila Chaudoin
"The Oscar Grossheim Collection."
Oscar Grossheim opened his photography studio in Muscatine in 1898. His subjects were most often the people, places and events that together created the life of a growing community. Tens of thousands of glass negatives of Grossheim’s work have been saved to tell their stories to future generations.
Ms. Chaudoin is the photo archivist for Musser Public Library in Muscatine.

We broke out in small groups so you could have the opportunity to choose a topic of interest to you. Sessions were about 30 minutes each, and everyone attend two.
3:00 - 3:45 pm   Group Discussion - Topics: "Dealing with Problem Researchers" & "How to Find Volunteers for your Site" Discussion Leaders: Sharon Becker & Ralph Leonard
3:45 - 4:00 pm   Closing - Presenter: Lynn McCleary
4:00 - 6:00 pm   Break - For those looking for a little adventure attended an "IAGenWeb Conference Only" viewing of the "Muscatine History and Industry Center".
