Search for and/or Submit an Obituary

We have a message board for obituaries where our obits are posted.  I hope you will visit, search and post, Often! <grin>

We would like to give thanks to Ruth Maring for entering obituaries from the Clinton Herald. (As of Jan 2017, she is no long entering the new obituaries. If you would like to step and volunteer to do this, please contact me!!) Thanks also to the many others who have contributed to the Obituary Message Board. We currently have over 18,000 obituaries online!

It would be especially wonderful if you would post the ones you have collected that aren't your own family.  Maybe they could help another researcher.  When submitting an obituary, remember to put the name of the newspaper (or other source) and the date.

The Clinton County Historical Society Research Library has a lot of obituaries and indexes as well.
