Clinton Co has a new Coordinator :)

And a new Assistant Coordinator!

Hello and Welcome -- My name is Nettie Mae and I've taken over as the coordinator for Clinton County. Some of you may remember that I was the coordinator many years ago. It is so good to be back. I would like to thank John Schulte and Mike Kearney for all their hard work. And -- John has agreed to continue on as our Assistant Coordinator.

The first order of business, for me, is to get the site organized. There is alot of extra stuff that needs to be dealt with to help the site run smooth and load quickly. I am having to redo almost every page. In the meantime, I hope you will bear with me if some pages look bad. I will get everything in order asap.

Volunteers are desperately needed to transcribe stuff to help us continually update the site. I am a true believer in new blood is always great. If you'd want to volunteer to help, please see the Join Our Team link, or contact me directly.

The best resource of all continues to be the volunteers and visitors to our website -- You! Many visitors have typed and submitted some of the most interesting items found within these pages. I hope, as you have time, you will consider sending us your info or transcribing and typing up info to share with others here on our site.

There are so many areas of interest in Clinton County, genealogy and local history. We have tried to put as much online as we can, and we continue to add information. Much of our information comes from the Clinton County Historical Society, to whom we are greatly indebted and thankful.

What's New

As we get new information online, that will be listed here. Be sure to check back often! If you have anything you would like to share or any ideas for what you would like to see online please let me know.

At this time I am re-doing all the pages that are online, making sure everything is linked to.

All the new Stuff :)
