In l892 on a pension application filed by B.B. White jr there is a report of the investigation.  It says Geo Walker and R.J. Elderidge of Shaorn MS say that they knew B. B White and know that he died about Feb l0, l87l and that they made the coffin.  His wife died about two weeks afterwards.  We know from family tradition that the daughter Theodocia died too.  B.B. was left an orphan.
