Some of my husband’s relatives lived in Wright County for decades. I have located them in several census reports but cannot find any death information. I’ve looked on FAG, Billiongraves, Iowa Tombstones, the IAGen Web Project site, Family Search, Ancestry, etc. Do you have any other ideas?

My husband’s relative is Nellie Edith Passmore, who married Elmer E. Nelson in 1914. They lived in Wright County for several decades. I found them on the 1930 and earlier census and found him on the 1940 census. I don’t know if she died; they got divorced or what happened to her. Elmer’s parents, Robert and Sena Nelson, also lived in Wright County for decades. I found them in several census reports. In the 1940 census report, he was 80 years old and widowed, but I couldn’t find any information on her death.
