Joyce Ann Arnold, 61, Klemme, Iowa, died Tuesday, Aug. 9, 1994, at Methodist Hospital, Rochester, Minn. Memorial services were held Aug. 12 at United Methodist Church, Klemme, where she was a member. Inurnment was in Ell Township Cemetery. Tenold Funeral Homes, Belmond, Iowa, handled arrangements.

The former Joyce Ann Ingold was born Dec. 15, 1932, in the Quad-Cities, the daughter of Wilson Warren "Moon" and Esther Margaret Shell Ingold. She married Bruce Arnold in 1956 in Moline.

Mrs. Arnold received a bachelor of art degree in English and art with honors from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She was employed in farm machinery company offices in the Quad-Cities and as a realtor and a teacher. She enjoyed gardening, painting and singing in the Augustana Oratorio at Christmas time.

Survivors include the widower; daughters and a son-in-law, Mary A. Arnold, Helena, Mont., and Karen L. and Dean Heuer, Minnetonka, Minn.; sons and a daughter-in-law, Steven C. and Julie Arnold, Lombard, Ill., and Warren J. Arnold, Kenosha, Wis.; grandchildren, Megan and Mathew Arnold and Rudy Heuer; and a sister, Sally Exline, Richland Center, Wis.
