Funeral services for Paul Hasty, 77, Clarion, who died Saturday at Clarion Hospital, were held Monday at the Eyler Funeral Home. The Rev. Orlan Mitchell was in charge. Mr. Hasty was a member of the Masonic Lodge at Kanawha and of the Clarion Congregational Church. He was born at Mackinaw, Ill. He was married Aug. 28, 1906, to Martha Ries. They farmed in Illinois until 1915 when the moved to Kanawha, where they farmed 39 years. In 1954 they retired to their present home in Clarion. Surviving are his wife, a son, Grover, and a daughter, Mrs. Leonard Sobek, both of Kanawha, five grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Ruby Scott, Denver, Colo., and three brothers, Lloyd, Mackinaw, Ill., Howard and Homer, Peoria, Ill.
