Sillman Services Held in Church at Britt

BRITT--Funeral services for William Sillman were held Friday at the Methodist church with the Rev. C. K. McNary in charge. Burial was in Britt Evergreen cemetery.

Mr. Sillman was born Dec. 27, 1876, at Kewanee, Ill. He came with his parents to near Corwith when seven years old. He was married to Sophia Holck on Aug. 25, 1896, at Corwith and lived there until 1917 when they moved to the farm near Britt.

Surviving are seven children, Mrs. Lyal Fox, Britt; Mrs. George Chapman, Mason City; George Sillman, Britt; Mrs. Cecil Naser, Woden; Mrs. Ed Kline, of Britt; Edward Sillman, of Britt; and Miss Dorothy Sillman at home; twenty grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Also surviving are two brothers, Fred Sillman of Porter, Minn.; August Sillman of Omaha; and a sister, Mrs. Albert Hartvig of Centuria, Wis.
