SPRINGDALE, AR — John Jack Barracks, 82, died July 7, 2009, in Springdale. He was born Nov. 12, 1926, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to Glenn W. and Mary Wilkinson Barracks. He was a veteran of the U.S. Armed Services.Survivors include his wife, Norma Barracks; two daughters, Anita Nelson of Grain Valley, Mo., and Jane Anderson of Lowell; one son, Mark Barracks of Springdale; one brother; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Methodist Church. Burial was in Corwith, Iowa.
