Oluf Theodore Risvold (1881-1968)

Oluf T. Risvold, 86, of Lynwood, California; brother of the late Mrs. H. F. Hoganson of Humboldt, passed away Tuesday, March 26, at his home in Lynwood. Mr. Risvold is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Clifford Olson, formerly of Goldfield, and Mrs. Margaret Henson, both of Lynwood; two sons. Max of Lake Arrowhead, California, and Orval of Banning, California; and also, two grandchildren, Bill Olson of Goldfield and Mrs. Verle Lenz of Jewell.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Randall and Ward. Mr. Risvold came to Humboldt from Norway in 1883 with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Risvold. As a young man he was employed by the A. B. White Company in Humboldt.
