PFC Marvin Arlen Larson (1920-1944)

Word has been received that Pvt. (f.c.) Marvin Larson has been killed in action in France on July 6. His parent are Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Larson of Portland, Ore, formerly of this city. The Larson’s moved to Portland in 1943 and Mr. Larson is employed in the Oregon ship yards.

They have one other son in service, Boyd Larson, also in France. At one time the two brothers were within 10 miles of each other but did not see each other.
