Lu Verne, Apr. 22 — Final rites were held for Caroline Chesling-Larson, Eagle Grove, at the Lu Verne cemetery last week Monday afternoon. She once lived with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Chesling, at Algona, and later south of Lu Verne. She was born June 15, 1892, at Streeter [Streator], Ill., and died at the Mercy hospital, Fort Dodge, and was 38 years old at death. She was married to Imanuel [Emanuel] Larson in June 1919, and besides her husband leaves three children, Marvin, 10, Irvin, 8 and Norma, 5. Her parents, who live at Renwick, a brother Dan, and a sister, Mrs. Nora Miller, Teeney, Minn., also survive. Mrs. Larson was a member of the Eagle Grove Lutheran church, where funeral services were held.

Burial was made in the family lot here beside the grave of a brother who was a World war veteran.
