Graveside services for Blanche M. Baker, 75, of 4101 Fifth Ave., [Des Moines] who died of a heart attack Tuesday at her home, will be at 10:30 am Friday at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Baker was an Eagle Grove native and lived in LaCrosse, Wis., before moving to Des Moines 40 years ago. She was a retired insurance company employee and member of St. Ambrose Cathedral. Survivors include two sons, Charles M. of Des Moines and Robert L. of Chicago, Ill.; a sister, Mabel Nading of Santa Paula, Calif.; three grand children, and four great-grandchildren. Friends may call between 3 and 9 p.m. today at Caldwell-Brien-Robbins Funeral Home.
