Last Rites For Mrs. Myers, 90
Funeral services for Mrs. Amelia Myers, 90, of Clarion, who died Monday night at the Clarion Community Memorial hospital, will be held Thursday at the Eyler Funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Dr. Ralph J. Barron, pastor of First Methodist church, will conduct the service. Burial will be at Eagle Grove.

Mrs. Myers was born in Germany and came to this country with her parents when she was about 1-1/2 years old. They lived at Davenport, Pomeroy and Newton. After her marriage to William A. Myers, they lived at Eagle Grove for 48 years. After her husband's death in 1939, she came to Clarion to live with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Whitaker. She is a member of Clarion Methodist church.

Surviving are two sons and three daughters: Charles F. of Clarion, Marlon O. of Lakeworth, Fla., Mrs. Wm. Whitaker of Clarion, Mrs. George DeGroot of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. R. E. Fotherglll of Wilmington, Del. Also surviving are five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
