Frank Nelson
10 September 1892 --- 20 January 1930

Oscar Nelson received word of the death of his brother, Frank, which occurred Tuesday morning at a Des Moines hospital. He had been sick for some time with a brain tumor.

Frank Nelson was born and raised to manhood in Eagle Grove. He was married to Miss Martha Madison. He worked in the round house here and later at the mason trade. A few years ago, he moved to Des Moines where he followed his trade.

He leaves to mourn his death, his wife, and two children, his mother, Mrs. Henry Braffle, two brothers, Oscar, and Roy, and two sisters, Mrs. Stella Pohlman and Mrs. Guy Fisher. The body was brought here for burial in Rose Hill cemetery.

The Frank Nelson funeral will be held Friday afternoon at the East Side Lutheran church.
