Thelma Rose Smith Osborne
4 June 1908 ---- 15 December 1993

Gladbrook - Thelma R. Osborne, 85, of Gladbrook died Wednesday, December 15, 1993 at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center, Marshalltown of natural causes.

Survivors include a stepson, Donald Osborne of Utica, Nebraska; five step-grandchildren and several great-step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. H.D. Osborne in 1983 and a sister.

Funeral services were held Saturday at Peace United Church of Christ, Gladbrook. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery, Dows. Goettsch-Perrin Funeral Home, Gladbrook was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Osborne had been employed as an operator at the Eldora Telephone Company and Central State Electric.
