Patrick Brennan
March 1839 ---- 4 April 1927

Patrick Brennan was born in Ireland in 1839 and passed to his eternal reward at his home in Eagle Grove, Iowa, April 4, 1927, at the age of 88 years. He had been failing in health for some time but had not been bedfast until the last two or three months. His final summons came through a moderate form of bronchitis.

Mr. Brennan was among the old pioneers of Eagle Grove, coming here forty-three years ago.

He leaves to mourn his loss, his wife, three children, Mrs. Ella Riley, Eagle Grove, Mrs. Mary Donohue, Eagle Grove, and John Brennan, Eagle Grove, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in the Foil & Wilson funeral chapel in charge of Rev. E. A. Anderson. Interment was made in Rose Hill cemetery.
