SUN CITY, AZ - Carolyn Lea DeNio, 66, a retired school teacher from Wright County, Iowa, died Nov. 19, 1985, at Boswell Memorial Hospital. Mrs. DeNio, of Sun City, moved to Arizona in 1971 from Dows, Iowa, where she was born. She was a graduate of Iowa Teachers College and a choir member of Sun City Christian Church Disciples of Christ, a member of Order of Eastern Star and United Presbyterian Women's club, a study leader of Christian Women's Fellowship and past-president of the Dows Library Board in Iowa. Survivors include her husband, Thurman; daughter, Susan; son, Douglas A.; two sisters; and three grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. today at her church, 98th Avenue & Palmeras Drive. Menke Funeral Home made arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Sun City Christian Church, P.O.
