Jessie Viola Lasure Clark
7 November 1874 ---- 8 March 1966

Mrs. Jessie Clark, 91, of Eagle Grove, died Tuesday at the Schoitz Memorial hospital, Waterloo where she had been a patient for nine days. She had been visiting her daughter Mrs. Stephen Woolsey in Waterloo while her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Mel Clark were vacationing on the west coast. Mrs. Clark had made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Mel Clark for some years. Mr. and Mrs. Clark were informed of her serious illness when they were in Seattle, Wash., and immediately started home and reached Waterloo before his mother died.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 pm at the Sandvig Funeral Home, and the Rev. Bernard Olson, pastor of the Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Clark is survived two daughters and two sons, Mrs. Kenneth Bamford of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Stephen Woolsey of Waterloo, Harold E. Clark of Denver, and Mel of Eagle Grove. She is also survived by five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one sister Mrs. Leon Jungen
of Everett, Wash.
