Services were held Saturday, April 1 for Mrs. Elisa. M. Paulsen of Eagle Grove who died March 30 at the Askvig Nursing Home in Eagle Grove.

The services were held in the Kastler Funeral Home, with interment in the Fairview cemetery in Dows.

Mrs. Paulsen was born on July 11, 1877 and was married in Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband.

Surviving are two sons, Peter and Clarence, both in Illinois, one daughter Mrs. Earl Benton of Sioux City. 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Also, two brothers Peter and Henry Lorensen and a half-brother William Lorensen, all in Illinois.
